Self-storage

Lock out on non-payment. In one tap.

Tenants scan a QR code at the gate, verify their phone, and get in during gate hours. Switch a tenant off when they stop paying and the gate stops opening for them — no code change for everyone else.

Sound familiar?

One gate code, every tenant, forever.

  • Changing the gate code means telling every tenant — so it never changes.
  • Tenants behind on rent still get through the gate.
  • Move-out tenants and their friends still know the code.
  • When a unit is broken into, there's no record of who came through the gate.

Questions operators ask

Does it work with the keypad we already have?

Yes. QR Gate hands your keypad code to verified people — nothing to install at the gate. Keys and the keypad keep working as before.

Do people need an app or an account?

No. They scan with the phone camera and verify their number with a text code once. The phone is remembered for 90 days.

Does it connect to my management software?

Not directly yet. Import tenants from a CSV and switch them off on non-payment — it takes effect on their next scan.

Can I see who entered on a given day?

Yes — filter the log by gate, result and date. Every entry shows the last 4 digits of the phone that verified.

What do tenants need?

A phone with a camera and a number that can get a text. The first scan sends a code; after that the phone is remembered for 90 days.

What does it cost?

Free for one gate and up to 25 tenants. Growth ($29/month) adds up to 10 gates, unlimited tenants and full history; Pro ($79/month) adds smart gates at $7 per gate.
