QR Gate is software for managing entry to physical spaces: visitors verify a phone number and receive a door code, or a connected lock is asked to open. Your organization configures who gets in and when; QR Gate executes those rules and keeps the audit trail. These terms are an agreement between QR Gate and the organization account holder.
QR Gate depends on phone networks, SMS delivery, the internet, your lock hardware, and third-party services — any of which can fail. It is not a life-safety, emergency-egress, or security-critical system and must never be the only way into (or out of) a space.
Don't attempt to gain entry to spaces you aren't authorized for, probe or disrupt the service, resell access to it without an agreement, or use it to collect data about people beyond what the access features themselves provide. We may suspend accounts that endanger other customers or the service.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QR Gate's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages — including losses arising from a door that did or did not open.
You can delete your organization at any time from the dashboard. We may terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, with notice where practical. On termination, your data is deleted per the Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to account holders by email with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
