Places of worship

Open for every prayer and service. Without handing out keys.

Members, volunteers and visitors scan a QR code at the door, verify their phone, and get the code — only inside the times you set. Nobody has to drive in to unlock, no code passed around for years, and a record of who came in.

Sound familiar?

One key holder can't be at every gathering.

  • Someone has to drive in to unlock before an early prayer or service — and when they can't, the door stays shut.
  • The door code went around years ago and has never changed.
  • Keys went out to volunteers, and some left with them.
  • Holidays and big gatherings bring hundreds of people nobody has met.

Holidays and special days

An event list opens the doors for the people on it, for one day or night — a holiday gathering, a wedding, a funeral.

Growth

Ask before letting in

Set a door to ask first: each scan sends a request to a board member's phone. They approve or decline from the app or the dashboard while the visitor waits on the page.

Growth

Staff and volunteer hours

Clergy, custodians and teachers clock in by scanning the same QR. Hours per person and a CSV every week.

Questions places of worship ask

Does it work with the keypad we already have?

Yes. QR Gate hands your keypad code to verified people — nothing to install at the door. Keys and the keypad keep working as before.

Do people need an app or an account?

No. They scan with the phone camera and verify their number with a text code once. The phone is remembered — for 90 days unless the place chooses otherwise.

Do the hours follow our prayer or service times?

Yes, on Growth. Set each prayer or service with its own minutes before and after, follow computed prayer times worked out every day, or keep fixed weekly windows. Closures and holidays win over all of them.

Can each entrance have its own hours?

Yes. Every door gets its own QR code, its own code and its own hours.

What do you keep about the people who come in?

Only a scrambled form of the phone number and its last 4 digits — never the full number, unless you add someone to your member list yourself.

What does it cost?

Free for one door and up to 25 members. Growth ($29/month) adds up to 10 doors, unlimited members, event lists, approvals and the staff clock.
