Send every guest their own QR ticket, see who's coming, and check them in with the phones you already have — no printed lists, no rented scanners, no app. Free up to 20 guests.
How it works
Type names in, paste from a spreadsheet, or pick an Excel or CSV file. Duplicates are caught.
Each guest gets an email (or a text) with their own page: a QR ticket, “I'm going”, and add to calendar.
Any phone becomes a scanner — open a link or type a code. Welcome, already in, or not on the list.
Who's going, who's in, who hasn't arrived — live. Export the list with check-in times afterwards.
What you get
Guests open their ticket in the browser; door staff scan with the phone's camera in the browser. Nothing to install.
A ticket scanned twice says when it was first used and at which door — a screenshot passed around doesn't get two people in.
The scanner searches the list, so a guest whose phone died still gets in — and a mistap can be undone.
Add a scanner per door or per volunteer. Each one is named, works only for that event, and stops when you say.
Guests tap Going or Can't make it. Remind the ones who haven't answered, up to three times.
Emails and numbers are kept encrypted, used only for that event's invitations, and cleared 90 days after it.
Questions organizers ask
Nothing for events up to 20 guests — every feature. Bigger events buy a pass for that event: one pass covers up to 500 guests for the day. Paid once, no subscription.
No. Their invitation link is their ticket. They don't make an account, download anything or give us more than you already have.
A phone with a camera. On the dashboard you add a scanner and it shows a code — on the phone, go to qrgate.app/scan and type it. Or point the phone's camera at the scanner's QR.
Add Events from Settings → Your products. It lives alongside your doors in the same dashboard.
